About Leadership Development Resources
The mission of Leadership Development Resources is to add value to organizations and people by teaching, training and coaching in the areas of most need. LDR is committed to the professional and personal development of people.
There is a need in the business community to develop “people” skills. A Stanford Research Institute (SRI) study found that job successes are based on 75% interpersonal skills and 25% product knowledge. These skills can be taught to employees to enhance any business.
Leadership Development Resources will teach, train, and coach employees in these soft skills to enhance people within your organization.
About Mary
At Leadership Development Resources, I know you want to be a confident leader. In order to do that, you need leadership skills. The problem is that you don’t know where to go which makes you feel frustrated.
I believe leaders should be able to ask for help. As someone who has trained hundreds of leaders through the John Maxwell Team, I understand and I am here to support you.
