 I had participated in a Leadership Reads program through the Chamber of Commerce and had met Mary there.  That is how I learned about the program – Leading Through Crisis that she was offering. I found the book club to be incredibly valuable and appreciated the way Mary facilitated conversations, bringing out the best in participants so we can learn from one another.  So I decided to participate myself. I found it so valuable that I brought it to the Mower County Leadership Team. The consensus of our leadership team is that the program was invaluable in supporting them in navigating these uncharted waters and that Mary was an excellent facilitator making sure people felt heard and understood and that they had tangible and practical take always to use in their day to day work.
