I had participated in a Leadership Reads program through the Chamber of Commerce and had met Mary there. That is how I learned about the program – Leading Through Crisis that she was offering. I found the book club to be incredibly valuable and appreciated the way Mary facilitated conversations, bringing out the best in participants so we can learn from one another.
